Chapter 105: This is going out of control 1
Seeing how intimate and close the two were, and noticing the shy, embarrassed look Jessica gave her while still wrapped in Jeff’s arms, Rose finally snapped out of her daze.
"Alright, alright. Since you admitted it, I’ll let the two of you go," she said with a heavy sigh, crossing her arms.
Then she pointed at Jeff with that same rock-hard fist from earlier.
"And you, young man. The next time you do something, make sure to take responsibility and not act like a sissy. Got it?" she lectured, her tone sharp.
Jeff nodded his head quietly, accepting the scolding. Meanwhile, Jessica remained still, her face burning red as she stared down at the hand resting on her abdomen.
Rose glanced at them both. Watching the quiet closeness between them stirred something in her chest.
It was a small flicker of jealousy that passed through her.
She was at her age, yet she had never experienced something like this, not even back in her school years.
It was really too bad since the men she had met so far had never matched her taste. Either too arrogant, too boring, or just plain disappointing.
"You can let go of her now. Stop being so touchy. You’re acting like a pervert, don’t you know that?" Rose said scornfully, snapping out of her thoughts.
Jeff quickly let go, his expression awkward as he stepped back.
