This category of product acquired an independent subcategory after the sub-profession update, allowing players to see the "Spirit Food" label within the custom product column.
However, there are only two types of low-level Spirit Foods available for purchase by players.
They are:

Spirit Food Level: 1
Spirit Food Effect: After consumption, grants 78 points of Body Refining Experience and a "Basic Repair" status boost for 90 minutes. Effect begins upon consumption and diminishes over time until completely ineffective.
Basic Repair: Recovers a certain amount of health every second.
Guidance Note: The Earth Spirit Stew comes with the effect of Basic Repair, slightly lower than the Qi-blood recovery speed brought on by a Level 10 Lifeforce Inhalation.
