He Became A Monstrous Genius After Obtaining A Time Dilation Artifact

Chapter 681 681. The mythical Alchemist

All eyes were glued to the scene.

Everyone saw the SCA general HQ president, Harrison Fordey, appear in front of Kailen Darkhaven in the middle section of the VIP. Under the gazes of several individuals, Harrison said politely, "Black Flask Darkhaven, can you kindly join me?"

Kailen nodded warmly. "Would be a pleasure, sir.

Harrison's eyes gleamed with admiration at Kailen's words.

This young man was quite the misunderstood person. He was neither good nor evil; he was just extremely adaptable. He simply understood how the universe worked. His ruthlessness when crossed bordered toward villainy, but if one did not come looking for trouble from him, he was simply a quiet young man with an ambition to be strong.

Also, if one was a threat to him, he would simply deem you someone to be eliminated. That's all. He didn't care what others thought of him. He simply did what benefited him and those he cared about.

Kailen naturally gleaned the man's thoughts with emotional resonance by studying his subtle facial expressions.

"As expected of an old monster who presides over the SCA. He was able to understand my personality with just a few sentences. The older, the schemier," Kailen thought.

He nodded to Legoland, his grandparents, and the others, who observed the dreamlike scene with stupor. He left for the high section of the VIP region with Harrison.

Kailen's loved ones were not the only ones who were shocked by Harrison's actions.

Of course, what were they expecting? After the legendary feat Kailen had just pulled off, it was only natural that even an old monster among the hegemons in the universe would be respectful to him.

A purity level of 100 percent? This was a mythical feat—one that would be recorded in the annals of the Virtual Universe archives. Perhaps no one else in the universe, in the time to come, could ever replicate such a feat.

Kailen Darkhaven was a mythical figure already. But now...they didn't even know how to describe him.

Harrison's actions had also sent a message now: He didn't see Kailen Darkhaven as a junior. He saw Kailen Darkhaven as a colleague.

It would have sounded absurd at first, considering Kailen Darkhaven was an intermediate-stage universe-level powerhouse, leagues below Harrison's power. After all, although Kailen had befriended Carther Fenix—a rank 6 supreme-stage universe-level powerhouse—Carther Fenix was nowhere near Harrison's prestige and backing.

So, it would have made more sense for Harrison to admire the young man as a terrifying junior. But after everything the young man had pulled off, especially with what happened a few moments ago, it was to be expected.

It was safe to say that Kailen Darkhaven had entered the top echelon of the universe officially, even though he was not even a supreme-stage universe-level powerhouse yet. This was the first time something like that had occurred in the universe, at least with respect to what time could recall.

At the moment, Kailen arrived at the high section of the VIP region with Harrison. The moment Kailen arrived, everyone there bowed.

"We greet the Mythical Alchemist!"

The whole stadium was shocked. Tears brimmed. Nostalgia. Goosebumps.

Indeed, they were witnessing history. Goodness!

The voices of the higher-ups of the SCA reverberated everywhere. Kailen himself was surprised. For the first time in a long time, Kailen revealed a shocked expression on his face. He didn't really care about others' opinions about him, but this was unexpected.

Kailen didn't know that this expression of his would turn into memes later on.

Although it lasted only for a brief moment, it was captured on the screens. Several sighed. Even Kailen himself, usually calm most of the time, was shocked. Who could blame him?

For these powerhouses whose feats had shaken the universe to bow to a young man, politely, was something dream-like. It was something no one had expected. They were openly demonstrating their respect to him.

It went a long way to prove how mythical the feat he had accomplished was. Each one of the SCA powerhouses put their ego and pride down. None of them were brain-dead individuals.

Yes, they had cultivated for uncountable years. Yes, they were all exceptional. Yes, they were all hegemons in the universe. But, did that mean they should act snobbish in the face of a mythical feat, even if it was performed by a young man whose actual cultivation level was below them?

Definitely not! None of them could do what he had done! He had turned a theorised myth into reality.

A purity level of 100 percent. Manifested a pill spirit. Also, a purity level of 100 percent meant that whatever alchemical product he created would be of the highest quality in the universe. It would have no side effects! And its potency would be unprecedented.

So why not give the man who had achieved such a feat the respect he deserved?

The Mythical Alchemist.

This was the title the SCA had decided to give him for the feat he had accomplished.

The stadium followed. If the higher-ups of the SCA were showing their respect to Kailen Darkhaven, it would be disrespectful to everyone else to do otherwise.

So, the stadium roared: "We greet the Mythical Alchemist!"

Those at home, watching on streaming platforms, wished they were in the stadium. It was a phenomenal sight.

Kailen stood tall, calm. A wave of nostalgia washed over him. For the first time in a long time, Kailen sighed inwardly.

"I've not achieved my goal of standing at the peak of the universe yet, but I've really come a long way," Kailen chuckled inwardly"I wish Arrie was here with me. Too bad she's in seclusion. She would have probably bawled her eyes out in tears."

His gaze returned to the higher-ups of the SCA. "Seniors, please…" Kailen said politely.

The eyes of the seniors flashed with admiration. What a remarkable man. He was godlike, but not arrogant.

"Welcome to the SCA general HQ, Black Flask Darkhaven. Please, have a seat," Harrison Fordey said.

Kailen sat right next to him. Everyone knew that Kailen Darkhaven was now a core member of the SCA general HQ. Even though he was not the president, he would be treated with extreme importance by the SCA.

"Let the rest of the competitions continue," Harrison said.

Runesmith Alita, who was also staring at the Mythical Alchemist in admiration, nodded to the President's words. But everyone knew: no one was in the mood for the rest of the competitions anymore. Not after they had just witnessed a mythical feat.

Yet, the competition had to go on.
