Leo Thompson finished saying that he didn’t agree with Dale marrying into the Dunn Family.
He heard his daughter softly say, "Dad, Carson just texted me. He said he wants to join our family instead."
James Thompson gave a cold snort, unwilling to speak.
He didn’t want to be like Cody Thompson, making his children unhappy because of his own preferences.
"Dale, you decide for yourself."
"Thank you, Dad. Mom, how about you?" Dale Land asked, holding Julia Land’s arm.
Julia Land said, "In our house, your dad makes the decisions."
Dale Land covered her mouth and smiled, knowing her mom was actually the one in charge at home.
"Mom, please don’t worry. If Carson can’t convince Mrs. Dunn, I won’t marry him."
