Chapter 38: Plan (7)
When Sophia was sitting on the train someone came in front of her. When she saw him she realized that it was her friend who usually met her here. It was Monty. "What happened?" Monty asked. "Why is your mood off?"
Seeing her friend in front of her Sophia pulled herself out of Adam’s thoughts. She smiled. "Nothing just too much work," she said.
In a little while Sophia and Monty reached home talking like this and with their two other friends. There the two boys went their separate ways. Sophia went to her apartment with Monty. Sophia went upstairs alone and stood in front of her apartment.
She saw that Adam’s gate was closed.
She took a deep breath. "I have to apologize to Adam," she said to herself.
Sophia’s guilt is going to hinder her from sleeping today unless she gets in a chat with Adam as soon as possible. She is extremely anxious, and it does not matter to her whether or not someone is looking at her.
"Because of me he was doing all this. And because of me he has become infamous in the whole school." Thinking this Sophia did not even change her clothes. She did not even put her things down. She went straight and stood in front of Adam’s gate.
She rang the bell of Adam’s flat. Adam who was sleeping had his mobile phone on his side. His mobile phone was on auto-click.
Adam’s eyes opened because of the bell. He sat up suddenly. He thought I fell asleep. Then he saw his mobile phone. He quickly looked at the mobile. His eyes widened. Because he saw that his total amount had become 4.2 billion dollars.
This is a billion dollars, not a million dollars, which is an enormous difference.
