The secretary thought that Adam was a boy from a rich family. She stepped forward. She stood next to Adam. She gave Adam the bank account details from her tablet.
Adam took out his mobile phone.
He filled in the bank details. He paid half a million dollars. The secretary was very surprised. In those few seconds the secretary saw how many dollars were in Adam’s bank account.
She saw that Adam had two and a half million dollars in the bank. Her eyes widened.
She kept looking at Adam. She thought to herself If I marry this young man my whole life will be set. Saying this she was still looking at Adam. She went and stood next to her boss and looked at the tablet.
Johnny was also very surprised. He stood up. He extended a hand forward. "I really enjoyed doing business with you," he said. But Adam shook his hand and said "I have to ask you for another favor." He had secured his base of operations.
But he needed more than just a physical space. He needed information. He needed access. He needed a network. And he knew that Johnny the man who owned half the city was the perfect person to provide it.
Johnny spoke very sweetly. "Favor?" he asked. "What kind of favor?"
Adam said "I don’t want to run around too much. Can you install all the necessary things in this entire working space that I have rented by tomorrow? I am ready to pay whatever amount comes up. Along with the cost of installation and the cost of your work. But I want the work done as soon as possible."
Johnny was a little surprised to hear this. He had such a service. But he only did such services in big places. But this was a golden opportunity for him.
