Chapter 29: Endurance.
Amari’s vision is becoming blurry while Lewis repeatedly hitting every corner of his body. After he feels like he has done enough he throws the stick to the side, and grabs Amari by the neck and drags him.
He slowly walks to where Nana is, while dragging an unconscious Amari through the ground. He finally reaches her and grabs Amari by the chin forcing him to look at Nana while she’s on the verge of death.
’’I want you to both look at each other before your deaths.’’
Both of their faces have knots everywhere from receiving beating, blood contagiously dripping from their faces.
’’Why... why... are you doing this?’’ Nana barely gets the words out of her mouth.
’’SHUT UP BITCH!!’’ Lewis punches her at her jaw.
He throws Amari to the side and prepares to drop the blade on Nana’s neck to cut her neck off.
’’Please... don’t do this.’’
Right, he is about to drop the blade he is tackled on his side torso by Apollo, this catches Lewis by surprise. They both land uncomfortably on the rough gravel ground, Lewis covers Apollo’s face with his hand and sprays his faces with chemicals coming out of his mouth.
Apollo gets dizzy and impulsively jumps back to retreat, he holds his face and tries to rub off what irritating his eyes. The chemicals start burning his eyes and he starts letting out a scream in irritation and agony.
’’That’s right, cry out for your life like a fucking dying rat!’’
