"Good, I’m aware. I’ll intercept the suspect," Li Yi’s voice came through from the other end of the phone.

on a road in the Ruined District, Li Yi stood nonchalantly in the middle of the road while a sedan approached swiftly at 160 miles per hour directly towards him.
He looked left and right, then smashed a concrete slab by the roadside with his fist, pulling out a steel reinforcing bar which he bent straight before hurling it with all his might directly at the oncoming sedan.
