After the battle had ended, Zheng Gong finally breathed a sigh of relief and quickly walked over with his sniper rifle.

"Li Yi, are you okay, no injuries?"

Li Yi shook his head, "No, these people are really aggressive and inherently evil. We saved their lives, and not only did they not appreciate it, but they actually wanted to kill us to silence us."

It really was a disaster trying to save them; he had thought both parties could share the extraordinary creature and be happy, but the other side never intended that. They wanted it all for themselves and even planned to kill both him and Li Yi, truly inherently evil.

"We must be more cautious in the Ruined District in the future. There is no law here, and when huge benefits are involved, some people’s evil nature will show," Li Yi said. "If we were Spiritual Perception Masters, they definitely wouldn’t dare be so arrogant. In the end, it’s still about our own strength being insufficient to intimidate them."
