The man in black threw an icy look at Di Fuyi and was awfully delighted by what he had seen! He was certain that Di Fuyi did not understand why Yun Yanli chose to meditate at this critical moment.
Soon, Yun Yanli would lose all control after freeing his parents from their misery. The Shura World would be bound by death and destruction; it was sure to suffer a terrible fate. As soon as the killing machine was formed, there was nothing Di Fuyi could do to turn the situation around. It would not matter if he were the master of the heavenly law. Yun Yanli would be able to destroy Di Fuyi once and for all.
Meanwhile, Di Fuyi looked very relaxed in his standing position. He was holding Gu Xijiu with one hand as well as his flute in his other hand. He managed to secretly communicate with Yun Yanli using a unique method. No one else could intercept the messages or manipulate them. Nonetheless, he was the only one who knew this method of communication, so he had to ask Yun Yanli to refrain from replying to him. He just wanted to give Yun Yanli the information he needed to make the right decision.
The way Yun Yanli meditated looked as though he was reciting the Prajna Mantra, which misled the man in black to think that his plan had succeeded as soon as he saw Yun Yanli’s familiar posture. The mysterious man’s delight, however, did not last too long. All his hopes were shattered when he suddenly saw a golden blade shining in Yun Yanli’s left hand. It should not have been there!
The golden blade shone in blinding lights with increasing intensity as the man in black finally realized that something had gone wrong. "What are you doing? Stop it!" He quickly launched an attack toward Yun Yanli as well!
A seven-colored ray immediately absorbed the light before it harmed Yun Yanli. Di Fuyi was long prepared to defend the man whenever it was necessary. "I am your enemy, not him," he announced with ease.
It was too late for the man in black to do anything more. His face turned ashen at the sight of the blade that seemed to release a series of incantations. Determined, Yun Yanli closed his eyes and thrust forward with the blade in his hand.
