The stranger intimidated him.
"Governor," the city guard suddenly emerged and greeted him. He kneeled and bowed before Ye Ling again. "Governor, you have to help me," he pleaded with eyes full of sympathy.

The guard approached him in a panic and quickly revealed the wound under the bandage. The wound was a sight of gore. "Governor, please take a look at this."
