Chapter 174: Her Night..
The sun peeked it’s way through the parted curtains into the room leaving a golden hue on the wall..Lilia’s eyes fluttered open, her body aching slightly as she shifted to the other side of the bed. A dull soreness throbbed between her thighs—remnants of the countless times she and Zethan had made love last night. She blinked, momentarily wondering if it had all been a dream. No... it had felt far too real to be one. She sat up quickly, convinced Zethan must have somehow changed her into another nightwear while she slept.
As she lifted her gown, her eyes caught sight of a faint kiss mark just above her thigh. Her cheeks flushed instantly. That was definitely Zethan’s doing. It hadn’t been a dream—it had been real. Her body’s soreness gave it away. Her face burned with embarrassment as memories of how many times they had done it flooded her mind. If she hadn’t fallen asleep mid-way, she was certain he would’ve kept going.
The way his lips had curled into a devilish smile—and the reminder that they weren’t done yet—still stood fresh in her mind.
Her heart thudded in her chest as she rolled onto the bed, burying her face in the pillow and letting out a muffled scream. She punched the pillow lightly as if that would calm her heart down but no... Just then, a knock on the door startled her. She stood quickly scrambled to the wardrobe, pulling on a longer robe to cover her neck and arms.
She moved quietly, opening the door while trying to keep her expression composed. As the door creaked open, the lady standing outside turned respectfully and greeted her.
"Lady Lilia, good morning. How was your night?"
Lilia blushed deeply, answering with as much calm as she could muster, trying not to give anything away.
"It was great..."
Splendid and spectacular, even...
If only this woman knew just how much I enjoyed it, she thought. Honestly, Zethan had only stopped because sleep had taken over. If not for that, it would’ve gone on much longer.
The lady fumbled with her words slightly as she spoke again.
