Lilly calmed herself down and took a deep breath. After she managed to calm herself down, she went down the stairs with a big smile on her face. Soon, she was greeted by a charming man with platinum blonde hair and captivating ice-blue eyes, waiting for her.
Sean Lockwood was indeed very handsome and worthy of the title of international heartthrob, but unfortunately, what Lily saw was a murky aura around him that showed his ulterior motive towards her. Lilly tried to hold back her disgust and forced a happy smile on her face.
"Sean, you’re here!" Lily half-ran then jumped into Sean’s arms happily, "I’ve been waiting for you!"
Lily’s acting is flawless, one would say she is not inferior to a professional actress, even Lilly herself is amazed by her acting skills. Maybe after everything is over, she will reconsider becoming an actress.
"Sorry, honey. Did you wait long?" Sean returned Lily’s hug as if he missed her too. With his impeccable acting skills, it was no wonder Sean became a famous actor.
Lilly rolled her eyes inwardly before releasing her hug. "Okay, I forgive you because I’m nice~," Lily said in a cute voice that even gave herself a goosebump.
"Um honey, I heard your Grandpa is home, should I greet him? I don’t want to be rude." Sean didn’t wait for Lily’s answer before hooking his finger around hers and tugging her gently, "Come on, let’s say hi to your grandpa before he got mad at me!"
Lily knew this must have been his intention from the start, the cunning man must have thought she was so fool-in-love she didn’t realize his scheme.
Lily maintained her oblivious expression and then shouted at Eva who had been watching them from the side while pretending to play with her cell phone, " Eva told Grandpa Sean and I wanted to meet him, so remind him to make some time for me!" Lily sends a signal with her eyes to Eva.
"Ugh, fine...though this is not my job," Eva complained under her breath then she went upstairs while typing roughly on her cell phone as if she was taking out her anger on her phone, unbeknownst to Sean she was actually alert the other Noxcra agents about Sean intention.
Sean saw Eva’s rude attitude and frowned, "Why did you make someone like her to be your assistant?"
