Lory’s expression stiffened as she tried to process the shocking news she had just received, once she calmed down she immediately checked the news about what the Saintess had done on her phone.
Just as Clift had said, news of the miracles the Saintess had performed was all over the news and it had gone viral so if there was anyone in the world who haven’t heard about the Saintess, they surely would hear about her right now.
Lory took a deep breath as she read the entire news. A moment later, a chilling thought crept into her heart that reminded her the feelings she got about Lazarus.
Birth and death are beyond human control, as mere mortals, our intervention is limited and nothing happens without severe consequences. Therefore, she dreaded the thought of how this would affect the entire world and this was a genuine concern from someone who had experienced it firsthand.
