Especially since he was proving to be quite the collector in this domain.
Even if not technically too rare for members of great clans, the young noble already had a pretty ridiculous amount of them at his disposal–Especially considering his age.

This one was quite interesting as well. The bloodline granted the ability to improve land fertility. The technique went further by also mentioning crops themselves rather than only the land, as well as everything having to do with fertility. Indeed, Edrick had once again gained something which made him more fertile–And by a large margin, he would assume.
Since it improved fertility-related abilities, it meant that it was an upgrade that affected several things for him. He would just have to see whether it only applied to the raw products or if it extended to pills, potions, and the like–As long as they were made from the right stuff.

This one was comparatively simpler, being in line with the bloodline, and providing a strength boost instead of constitution… Edrick was getting the feeling that Baumsaftgars were indeed a very simple-minded species, and that they were possibly not quite sapient. This made him believe that their so-called ‘tribal’ ability was something passive that they didn’t need to actually pour focus into.
The fact that it focused on improving strength was very much welcome, though.

The Blutgar-related technique was similar to that of the Baumsaftgar–Which might have to do with their very obviously similar naming scheme. This bloodline focused on the main trait of the Red Guardian, while improving all physical traits rather than a single one.
…Still, the best part about these five techniques was that they were melded into a single one. This meant that not only was Anoteros in possession of an incredibly powerful technique that was literally worth more than five unique ones, but it would also allow him to cultivate all of them at once, without having to waste time on several techniques. The process would be much swifter thanks to this.

The description was short but sweet. It did not just strengthen the physical body of Edrick. It encompassed everything about him, whilst also improving his connection to the realm… It was a shame that he couldn’t practise it right now due to having to digest all the changes that were occurring to him, but the scion did not mind.
He sat down in meditation directly upon the ground, circulating his energy to smoothen the process of assimilation. Anoteros needed to get used to having had his entire skeletal structure reformed, all the while dealing with the repercussions of absorbing an incredibly powerful bloodline.
It took him an entire week to do this. The sheer amount of nourishment he had received in the process of digesting the great bloodline had been enough to allow him to remain completely still for this entire duration–And when he opened his eyes again, it felt like he had been reborn once more.
He clenched his right fist, feeling much more powerful than before… Edrick had never experienced such a sudden leap in strength, and it was all without actually making progress with a cultivation technique. It was just a sheer accumulation of goods.
Anoteros looked at his palms and the back of his hands, soon standing up, stumbling slightly... But not because he had been unmoving with his legs crossed for so long.
