"Thank you Shadow. But, can I ask what you will gain from this?" he asked.
In this contemporary world, no one will help if there is no profit for them.
"As I said, I work on a mission, Nolen. People pay me and I will complete the objectives they give me. Killing Brina is my objective and you are the perfect and fastest way for me to achieve it." Brina said, controlling her laughter.
"I will surely help you, Shadow. Thanks for helping me." Nolen said and they ended the conversation.
As soon as the call was ended, Brina and Louis started laughing.
"Baby, I started to pity him." Louis said, kissing her face.
He flipped her down and he is on top of her.
"He gets carried away a lot. And, when he is angry or happy, his brain stops working. So, I gave him a perfect mixture of both." Brina laughed.
"He is thinking that it is a win-win situation, poor kid. Little does he know he is just a pawn in the hands of my dearest game master here." Louis chuckled and he peppered her face with kisses.
