Chapter 10: Unlock New Ability?
Noah felt worried when he saw Alan's reaction.
'Will he reject it? And choose the safe way to file for bankruptcy? Shut down the company?' He wondered while silently waiting, trying to think positively.
"Yes, something confused me in this agreement, Noah..."
Alan lifted his head to meet Noah's gaze. The line on his forehead appeared even more apparent.
"Feeling confused? Just ask me the details of my plan, Uncle, and I'll do my best to explain it to you as briefly and clearly as possible."
"Why appoint me as CEO to manage the company? This agreement also indicates that management remains unchanged, meaning the same individuals continue to serve and oversee the company."
Alan paused for a moment, taking a deep breath before continuing.
"One final thing that confuses me is why you're offering me ten percent of the stocks. You've told me your open price to purchase this company for five million, which is already a premium offer and significant for me, Noah."
"You don't have to top that up by giving me a ten percent share; I promise I'll assist in managing this company for you just as a professional with an annual salary. What you do has resolved all my headaches and problems in the last two decades."
Alan sighed deeply before continuing, "I don't think a million thanks from me would be enough to show my gratitude, Noah."
