Bloodline Reckoning: The System Made Me Filthy Rich

Chapter 9: A Doubt In His Eyes

Alan Caldwell was surprised when Noah requested permission to talk privately.

Seeing Noah's seriousness, Alan asks him to settle on the sofa before joining him.

"Noah, I sincerely apologize, as I can't fulfill my promise to keep you working here." Alan's tone was somber; however, his gloomy expression gradually changed to a smile. A sad smile nonetheless.

Alan Caldwell continued his words with a reassuring smile. "But, young man, no need to worry; I will continue to pay your salary in full till the end of the year. That's my promise to you..."

Noah smiled calmly, hearing Alan's words.

"Sir, I won't be worried about it. I met you to discuss something that wasn't about my salary. Absolutely had nothing to do with it!"

Alan frowned, his confusion obviously reflected in his eyes.

"Oh, really? Then, I'm sorry for assuming like that. Okay, what do you want to talk about?" Alan asked curiously.

"I want to help this company avoid bankruptcy. I plan to buy it!" Noah stated his plan clearly.

Noah had already assessed the company's financial challenges and its valuation. After thorough consideration, he chose to acquire the company rather than simply invest as a shareholder.

From his wealth management system, he knew that this company had the potential to grow.
