"Let’s go out as if we are going to search for supplies ourselves. Then we can take some out of the space and load them in our boat when coming back. In this way, those who see us will think that we got them from somewhere outside." Lu Zhen continued.

"It’s a good thing that humans are still holding onto the will to live, otherwise, we would really be in trouble. If humans ever lose the will to live, then even the little hope they hold now will be gone and that will be the end of humanity." Auntie Li said sadly.
Leng Pan looked at her for a moment before turning to look outside again.

He could also see the fish and there were many swimming around.
"Maybe because of the floods, some reservoir or dam broke and the fish in them got scattered." Leng Pan replied thoughtfully.
"That’s true. If a reservoir broke, then any creature inside would just be carried away by the floods. But we are so far away from the closest reservoir. So, what really happened?" Uncle Li asked again.
"Who cares what happened? Our chance had come. We were just worried about the people having food to survive until the heavy rain stopped and they could go out to search for supplies. If they have fish, not only do they fill their stomachs, they get to eat meat too." Leng Pan dismissed their worries with a few words.
"Panpan is right. What matters the most is that people have food. Now that there is so much of it, why should we care so much?" Lu Zhen supported his wife like always.
"So, should we still give away our supplies to supplement those who haven’t had anything for a long time?" Lu Tao asked.
"No, we can’t expose our supplies. At most, we can Leng them boats to fish. Now that there are fish in the flood water, let them catch food themselves." Lu Zhen immediately opposed his younger brother’s suggestion.
