Chapter 167: Going on a Date
"How about we go on a date? We didn’t get to go on dates before we got married. We can change that now." Leng Pan suggested immediately.
Well, since she was not the original Leng Pan who had been too reserved and indecisive, she would make up for all the regrets she had in life.
"Where would you like to go and what do you want to do?" Lu Zhen asked immediately after.
No matter what his wife wanted to do, he would make it happen.
"How about going to the amusement park? I haven’t been there for a long time. There is one not far from here. I don’t know if it survived the meteorite shower and whether it still has electricity. But even if it doesn’t, I am sure there are a lot of things we can do there and have fun." Leng Pan said with a childlike smile on her face.
Even though Lu Zhen could not see her, he could tell that there was a lot of anticipation in her voice and she was looking forward to the date.
He had to make sure that his wife’s wish was fulfilled. So, he decided to go to the amusement park early the next morning to make sure that everything was fine before it was time for the two to go on their date.
However, he didn’t tell Leng Pan about this because he was sure she would insist on coming with him. He wanted to surprise her, so going with her would beat the whole purpose of a date.
"Alright then, tomorrow we will go on a date at the amusement park." Lu Zhen agreed before tightening his arm around his wife and urging her to go to sleep.
"Go to sleep earlier then. We have a long day of fun tomorrow." He said with a voice that sounded like a father coaxing his daughter to sleep.
