Chapter 520: Craving And Asking For More
Cali kept on turning left and right on her bed that night when she went to sleep and after several tosses and turns, she sat up on the bed out of frustration.
"Does this mean that he would need to hold my hand whenever we are out?" She widened her eyes in shock, still in disbelief.
"Wouldn’t that mean that I will have to feel those electric currents every time we go for a stroll? It’s so awkward..." She complained with a crumpled face.
Rui tried to explain to her that it would not always be like that. Only when he would suffer from agoraphobic attacks he would behave like how it just happened a while ago.
"Are there chances of occasional attacks too? Is he telling the truth or just trying to fool me?" Cali pondered.
Then she sighed deeply and lifted her hands and looked at them with a weird gaze. She always had an odd feeling whenever Rui touched her.
Her heart would start racing as if talking to her, she even felt uncomfortable because of her rapid heartbeats, but somehow it all felt familiar, as if she had held his hands before or was already in a habit of being wrapped in his arms, him holding her with his hands over her shoulders, and that deja vu when he carried her.
Cali slumped herself back on the bed. It was not an issue if he wanted to hold her hands. He could hold her hands since he had some kind of disorder and she was simply helping him out, but she was afraid of herself, her own feelings, as she knew she felt a force drawing her to him whenever he was around.
She stared at the ceiling for a long time thinking all kinds of things and trying to figure out what she had a problem with and finally succumbed into a deep slumber.
