Carnivals: Claimed By The Deranged Alpha Prince [BL]

Chapter 319: Home Again

Jules’ pov

I felt too emotional to speak as I hugged Raine tightly. We were about to leave and she was seeing us off along with her partners. I didn’t really get along with the guy and that was because I felt like he was way too distant with me, thanks to Blaze, who was currently glaring at the man.

Raine cupped my face and I could see a bunch od emotions swimming through her eyes right before she hugged me again. After we broke our of the hug this time, she cupped my face and told me she’d genuinely miss me and I told her I’d miss her as well, which is nothing but the truth. I’ve ended up coming to really care for her that I now see her as a family member.

After we separated, she engulfed Blaze into a tight hug and he let her, he even let her ruffle his hair without complaining, then he was making her promise him she’d be safe. He loved his sister so much and I was happy he had a sibling just like I had Kim.

Blaze walked over to Raine’s male significant other and pulled him to the side to have an important conversation with him, despite how much Raine protested because she already knows it was because Blaze wanted to threaten him some more.

Raine’s female significant other handed me the little kitten which I was taking back home with me and I accepted it with a grateful smile just as Kim stumbled out of the palace, eyes appearing tired and I had a feeling he didn’t get a lot of sheep. I arched a brow at him once he was close in a silent inquiry of if he was doing okay and he offered me a nod. Raine regarded Kim closely for a few moments before ruffling his hair fondly, a move which made Kim grumble.

After Blaze arrived, we didn’t use to use my magic to leave, or Blaze’s teleportation skills because we first had to leave with a carriage first.

After saying a few more goodbyes, we finally bored the carriage and as it took us away at a really fast speed, I let my head drop over Blaze’s shoulder. Kim was staring outside the carriage, appearing deep in thoughts and like his mind was far away.

"What do you think of what the fates told me?" I askew quietly and Blaze shrugged after about a minute.
