Chapter 119: Whitish-Blonde
Jules’ pov
An excited feeling engulfed every inch of my body. All my worries and skepticism finally fell away. I felt extremely relieved that tonight has morphed from me crying and breaking down to Blaze and I working things out and me finally coming clean to him.
I felt significantly lighter after telling him the truth. My heart felt free and my shoulders didn’t feel so tense any longer. I knew it was because I trusted and believed him when he assured me that nothing was gonna happen to me now that I was with him.
All of this was making me feel immensely happy, coupled with the fact that he had just reminded me that I belonged to him. Oh, how I love hearing him so those words. It was like he was claiming me whenever he say those words, and I was certain I’d never get tired of listening to them so far they’re coming from him.
I tentatively cupped his face as he tugged me closer to him, I could feel his hard chest against mine, and his hard arms closing me in against his chest, but I didn’t mind, if anything, I wanted to remain in this position forever.
I leaned forward and brushed my lips against his, feeling my heart flutter even more as soon as our lips met and a jolt of warmth flooded my entire insides at once.
I pulled away and blinked a couple of times, cheeks flushing a little when his lips twitched and his arms around my hips tightened.
"Go on. Take what you want." He urged, voice husky and I trembled against him a little as I leaned forward again to kiss him.
However, before our lips could touch, his next words made me freeze up at once.
"I like you, bunny."
My eyes widened just as my heart began to pound against my chest. My mouth opened and close a couple of times just as he chuckled wryly and continued.
