Chapter 74: I’ve Got A Bad Feeling
Jules pov
"Why does the principal wants to see me?" I inquired as I walked beside him, while silently wondering if I had done something wrong. I could still vividly remember my last encounter with the principal, he had seemed pretty chill, but I wasn’t sure I liked him, and he rubbed me off after asking me what my relationship with Blaze was, because that had completely caught me off guard.
Kim flashed me a bright smile, one which was probably supposed to calm me down.
"He just wants to discuss something important with you. It won’t take long, I promise." He responded and I grimaced. I glanced at the sky which was darkening even more.
"Couldn’t it wait till tomorrow though? During the day?" I quietly asked, carefully wording my sentence so as not to piss off Kim. Although, I found it weird that if the principal wanted to see me, he called for me in the evening and had sent Kim of all people to come fetch me.
"It unfortunately couldn’t, but don’t panic, you’re not in trouble or anything, hm?" He continued and I swallowed emptily and nodded my head, hands jammed into my pockets.
I could feel my heart racing and I made sure to be at alert.
After a few minutes, I slowed to a stop and when Kim turned back to stare at me, I pointed behind me.
"The building where his office is located that way..." I spoke but he chuckled and shook his head.
"I know that, silly. The principal is waiting for you in the parking lot." he revealed with a chuckle.
"Oh." I muttered, still frozen in the same spot. Kim nodded his head reassuringly and backtracked to wrap his hand around my arm, gradually steering me forward.
