What is Dark Force?

In the boxing scriptures, it is said: Dark Force is hidden and thinly distributed, arising from within the body, dispersing externally. It seems as though there is no exertion, but actually, force has already been exerted.

Xingyi Boxing’s Ming Jin strikes like a cannon blast, Dark Force strikes like a needle prick, Huajin strikes like hanging a painting.

This was mentioned by the great monk to Wang Longhu; Ming Jin strikes with the force of a thousand pounds, loud and heavy, comparable to a cannon. This is something Wang Longhu could understand.
