Chapter 32
Isaac’s voice was heated, full of excitement.
I didn’t even have to ask him any questions—he started babbling about his grand cause.
It seemed he was thrilled to finally reveal the secrets he had been holding inside. His face was filled with joy and triumph.
The story of one person's dedication and sacrifice to save the world.
On the surface, it seemed like a touching tale, something you might find in a fairytale, but underneath, the ugly contradictions and darkness were clearly evident.
Though Isaac himself seemed oblivious to it.
Shaking with laughter.
I had been curious about his grand purpose, but now I couldn’t help but laugh whenever I heard him ◆ Nоvеlіgһt ◆ (Only on Nоvеlіgһt) speak.
It was so absurdly funny. I never thought he’d have such a sense of humor.
What a waste.
He should give up being a fixer and become a comedian or a clown instead.
Like a balloon filled with air to the limit, the laughter that I had been suppressing burst out uncontrollably.
