The Willard mansion was rather peaceful today, there was no decorations, no preparation for any event at all. This was because Abby Adkins had told Maybelline not to bother about it, that the Adkins family were now more than capable to handling the event.
A little green car arrived in the yard and Ariana stepped out of it. She was hurt, truly hurt, and needed encouragement from her mother.
They said no matter how ugly looking a child was, only a mother could love them. Her mother cannot mock her like the others. Her mother’s love is above them all, and that is all she needed now.
As Ari stepped out of the car, the maids and all of the workers around paused to stare at her with wide eyes.
"Who’s that hideous monster?" Someone whispered.
"Is... that miss... Penny?" Another asked her mate and she shook her head. Penny was even more beautiful while she was fat. They all had no idea why Maybelline kept calling her daughter ugly when she was infact so beautiful.
"I... Think it’s miss Ariana." The servant who spoke held her lips from spilling more, especially when Ariana’s eyes met hers. Not only was she fat, unlike Penny, Ariana’s skin had reduced it’s glow crazily. She wasn’t a sight to look at.
