"Crap, crapitty, crap crap." Chi Lian swore in her mind. They had arrived before she could make that stupid space ship vanish. Now everyone could see it and she had no idea what do.
"T4, buddy, ideas? Now is the time for your crafty fox mind to get to work."
But the response she received did not come from T4, it came from one of the triplets, the middle brother to be precise.
"Sister-in-law," What exactly are we all looking at? Am I going blind? Do my eyes deceive me or do I see an extraterrestrial ship."
"I see it too," The oldest one said, "Good lord, we have been calling people lunatics for years for claiming to see one of these things. Jesus Christ!!. We are going to be the new lunatics."
"What does this mean?" the middle brother asked.
"I think it means that there are aliens living among us." Ringo murmured.
"Eh," the oldest brother looked at Ringo and raised his upper lip up, forming a sneer on his face. "Stop talking crazy otherwise we are all going to suspect each other of not being human."
"The rebels could have built a plane that looks like a space ship to fool everyone. None of us knows what an alien space ship looks like after all, with the exception of the things we see on television and we know those are fake.." Chi Lian tried her hand at a lie, hoping that they would believe it and walk away before she had to shoot them and wipe their memories.
"En, I don’t think so, look at the luster of the material on the outside. We would have to get the whole thing out to see clearly but unless they found a new unknown material, this here is not a human made ship." Ringo told her. He spoke so calmly and surely as if he had actually seen a real space ship before.
They were not buying it, she realized. She would have to dig further in her bag of tricks to turn the situation around. Now, she was deeply regretting not keeping the invincible suit on and simply making the space ship vanish before confronting the armed men. But she had not counted on Muyang coming after her, she thought he would be rescuing the women and children.
