She joined her husband and their children on a purple sofa where they had been waiting for her from all along. Then she picked up Mei-Mei but the child asked to be put down and Chi Lian let her go. "I can relax now and we can go for our honeymoon."
Muyang touched Chi Lian’s head and rubbed her hair while looking at her with an amorous stare. She had accomplished so much than he ever expected her to in such a short period of time. When he met her, she was less business woman and more care free. In the past few months she had given her all to pushing her businesses to be the best they could be.
"You are amazing." he told her.
"I know." she giggled a bit, accepting the compliment while expressing her self confidence too. "Do you want a lab in the building? I set one aside for you on this floor since I know how much you love to tinker with things. I created a whole computer lab with large monitors on the walls, a semi super brain and an intelligent AI."
"Is it like the bandit companion because I am inclined to decline, I don’t want my phone loudly suggesting to me in a meeting ever again that I could have hemorrhoids’ simply because I winced while sitting down. I have not been to the office all week because my employees keep looking at me suspiciously."
"She laughed at him and said, "You are lucky that it did not say so when you were teaching a class. Now that would have been extra humiliating, your employees are afraid of you at least so they won’t whisper about it in your presence but the students are different." Chi Lian shook her head, "They do not fear their teachers, it would have ended up all over the forum."
"I am lucky the peep star did not put it out there, ’Jun Muyang could have hemorrhoids.’" He spread his hands wide to form a screen with headlines.
"The peep star cannot be everywhere at once." she told him.
