Chapter 457: Tourist Chi Lian
After being scolded by Ximeng, everyone got moving while Chi Lian changed into a short blue sundress, flat sandals and a beach hat. She even added black sun glasses to complement her outfit. Then she took a picture and sent it to Muyang.
In a random moment’s decision she decided to briefly record herself touring the house and post it in the family group.
"Hey family, take a break to admire the view of my husband’s beautiful Beverly Hills mansion. This is the master bedroom, take a look at the bathroom. I kid you not, this house has eight bathrooms and eleven bedrooms." She widened her eyes and made a shocked appearance. "If you think that that’s too much, look at the kitchen." Maids were inside preparing fruit platters and they smiled politely. She run out to the living room and fell on a fluffy white sofa."The chairs smell like the inside of a bank" she wrinkled her nose, moving it from side to side.
She went on to further record herself in as many parts of the house as she could including the ocean view."My lovely brothers, if this does not encourage you to work harder I don’t know what will."
She was going to say us but she recalled Ximeng’s words about drawing a line between her things and his things so she excluded herself. The videos were also sent to Muyang.
"Time to go. " she told Wenli.
Wenli saw the photographers setting up around the outdoor pool and she looked at Chi Lian. "I can stay and supervise them boss, aren’t you worried about leaving them behind in the young master’s expensive house."
She shook her head confidently."Butler Davis is a former marine, he is only forty six years old so he is young and fit. If anybody tries anything stupid that man is taking them down with one arm tied behind his back. Also every angle of this mansion is covered with security cameras, the obvious ones and the hidden ones. There is a security team upstairs in a section of the house which we did not tour. This house is well protected. If they misbehave they will be thrown out immediately."
She dragged the hesitant Wenli who despite being told that they were going out to see the sites and tour LA had chosen to dress in her usual full suit. Her hair was tied up tightly in a round bun and the only thing she had changed was her shoes because she was now wearing a flat pair of white sandals on her feet. Other than that she looked very business as usual.
"Here, I am your official driver for the day." Ian waved from an open roof ferrari.
"Woah, I have always wanted to ride in a car with the top down. Having my hair flying and screaming like the scene from that movie....mmm, I have forgotten its name." Chi Lian jumped into the back seat leaving Wenli to sit in the front with Ian.
