Chapter 424: A trip to America
Muyang had just ended his class when the flowers were delivered to him personally. A bouquet of white and pink peonies which he brought to his nose immediately.
"Ouuuuuuuu." a few students that passed by said.
Muyang turned around and glared at them "Don’t you have another class or should I welcome you back from the holidays with a test?"
The students hurried to leave after they were hit with the threat of a test. But the news that the professor received flowers hit the forum pretty quickly.
When they left, Muyang smiled and smelled the flowers again. Wenzhe handed him his phone because it was obvious that his next step was to call Chi Lian and thank her for the flowers.
"Did I receive any important calls or messages?" he asked Wenzhe.
"No young master." Wenzhe replied. "The only important news you have received is from Hui Wan. He and the rest of the team landed safely in D city and he is about to meet with the rest of the owners of the remaining land. Two of them have already agreed to sell to us as of one minute ago.
"Good." he answered. "Tell him to up his offer until he gets a yes from all of them."
He sat down at his desk, turned on the computer and then he turned his attention to his phone. He had received a message from his wife , a video of their children at their first swimming lessons. While his little princess created a fuss, his son played the role of a responsible big brother and tried to comfort her.
