Chapter 380: The red fox talks
The car made no noise as it started, not even the normal engine sound which told the driver that the car had started. It was as silent as a grave yard which she figured was a bonus for when she needed to sneak up on someone.
The entire ride was smooth and she leaned back and enjoyed the ride. She did not even know that everywhere the car passed, car lovers snapped pictures and posted them online.
One hash tag was the question ’who owns this car’ and the other question was ’which car model is this?’
Under normal circumstances she would have taken a picture and posted it online but bear had told her to be careful about the kind of pictures and posts she put out there because she was a business woman not an online influencer.
She settled for sharing it in her moments, ’I love that new car smell.’
"Model, cost, engine, speed!!!!!!!! Tell me everything." Chi Wei was the first to send her a message.
She responded to him by sending him a picture of herself with her tongue out childishly and then she laughed. If anybody could see her now, they would not recognize her as the same woman who was dressed sharply in a suit earlier with a serious look on her face.
Office Chi Lian was really different from out of office Chi Lian.
Thirty five minutes later she was at the Paradise hotel. She checked her face in the mirror of the car one last time. What she did not anticipate however what was happened next.
"Finally we are here." T4’s voice came from the back of the car.
She was so spooked that she spun around so abruptly that she almost injured her neck. "What the hell?" she shouted.
