And thus, continued the mystery of the locked door into the next day with no new answers but a whole of suspicious looks being given to all the servants in the house.
Even T4 had no answers since there was neither a drone nor a camera available to provide footage of the incident.
The topic of the locked door was all anyone could discuss at the breakfast table. Chi Lian did however notice the little furtive glances that were sent to her by Qi Qing. She started to suspect that Qi Qing knew something about the locked door but now was not the time for her to dig into it.
She was going to see Zhangye and get an answer as he had promised her.
Before leaving, she noticed that her mother was packing snacks in a container and decorating them beautifully.
"Mother, why was you are packing snacks?"
