Chapter 256: Call me Auntie
The bodyguards were ready to face the enemy, it did not matter how many weapons the opponent had. They would fight to fight to protect the young master and his family.
"Everyone calm down." Chi Lian stepped in between the two groups that were reeling with clear hostility towards each other.
She looked at their bodyguards and said, "They are not our enemies, they are here because they have been invited." She explained calmly.
Muyang also looked at the bodyguards and instructed them to go back inside the boat and keep an eye on the children who were with the nanny at the moment.
With that issue quickly settled, they turned their attention to the visitors on board.
"Are you Miss Chi Lian?" one of the guards asked without hesitation. His eyes were glued to Chi Lian.
"I believe I am." She responded. "Is that the little prince?" she pointed to the little boy whose eyes were closed as he was sleeping in the guard’s hands.
"Yes, we have been told that you are going to escort the young prince back to the capital, we should set off right now because he is very ill and we need to get him to the royal doctors as soon as possible." The male guard carrying the little prince explained to Chi Lian.
While his face looked stern, there was a hint of worry in his eyes; he was scared for the little prince.
Because this was related to the royal family, Muyang did not ask any more questions; he went inside and gave the guards instructions. The boat immediately turned around and headed back to the docking area.
"Is it bad? I have some effective medicine; can I give it to him?" Chi Lian asked the guard. She wanted to help in every way possible.
