"Should we tell her about it first, you saw how emotional she was earlier, I don’t want her to feel like we have betrayed her trust somehow." The old master countered in a concerned tone.
"Let me give her a call and ask." His wife answered and took her phone out of her bag.
Five rings later, Chi Lian picked up and answered, "Grandmother, I was just about to call you. Is grandfather okay?"
While she knew perfectly well that the old master was doing okay, she needed to act like just like everybody else, clueless and concerned.
"This old man is as healthy as a horse; a lot of people just enjoy sharing dreadful gossip. However the false news has affected the share price of the Jun Corporation especially Kite air, so I was wondering if you would be okay with us sharing a picture of you with the twins in the hospital. We won’t share the faces of the children." The old madam explained.
"Go ahead grandmother, I don’t mind." She replied in approval. She worked in the media industry after all, entertainment companies, corporations and governments did this all time. They would cover up one scandal with another. "T4, when they share the picture, help them spread it even further."
"Yes host, since we are in the car and the children are sleeping, would you like to see the updates in your virtual farm?"
"Sure, why not." She agreed. The children were bundled up in thick coats and sleeping. She was sitting alone in the backseat and the partition was up.
She accessed the virtual farm to take a look and see what new features awaited her.
