"Are you alright?" The maid who walked into the room quickly rushed towards Roman as she placed the tray she held on the floor.
"I'm fine," Roman muttered as he looked at her; it seemed she had come to serve him a meal.
Roman's eyes went to the window, and it was already nighttime; the sun was gone, replaced by a half moon, which Roman could see from his window as he stood up.
The maid placed the meal on the table and stood beside the table waiting for Roman to turn around and as he did, she spoke.
"Here is your meal" She said bowing her head.
"Thank you" Roman replied.
"Is there anything I can help you with, I'm the only one here and it's nighttime so no one would come here" the maid said, her head still facing the ground.
'Ohh, is she horny, well I'm horny too, might as well, her body is so fucking hot after all'
Roman walked past her and stood behind her, then he brought his mouth close to her ear, "Do you want me to help you with something?" Roman mumbled seductively in her ears.
"I...I I, what I...I meant to say was...I...if you're not busy, maybe we could..." She stuttered as she spoke but Roman cut her off.
"I'm not busy, and yes we could, but do I want to?" Roman spoke as he walked back towards the bed.

"Is something wrong, you're holding your head again." She asked as she walked towards him.
"Oh, I think I have a headache" Roman replied.
"Should I tell the head maid to call for the healer?" The maid asked, her voice filled with worry, but Roman was just lying.
He didn't want to disappoint her since he couldn't have sex with her, and since she already thinks his head is still in pain, he just went with it.
"I think I just need to sleep it off, it'll get better, and about your request, we'll have to push it till tomorrow, but don't worry, I'll definitely fulfill it" Roman spoke as he turned towards her.
Her face turned slightly red and she looked down so he wouldn't see the smile on her face, she didn't care that it wouldn't be today, as long as Roman was going to spend time with her, that was all that mattered.
"I'll be at the door if you need me" the maid said as she walked out and closed the door behind her.
"Fuck that curse, if I hadn't remembered, I would have died, imagine dying before facing any demon, who has any idea what the goddess would do, or the other goddess who gave me my second ability"
"I should focus on tomorrow, it's going to be a big day for me, system" Roman spoke as the screen appeared in front of him.

It was white rice mixed with different veggies, and soup on the side filled to the brim with different types of meat, the scent alone was enough Roman to know it was going to be good.
He dug in immediately and before long both bowls in front of him were empty and he was filled.
Roman lay down on the bed staring at the ceiling, even though he was technically asleep he didn't feel like it because he was somewhere else the entire time.
"I wonder how the noble families would react, never mind that, I wonder how the girls would react...shit, I didn't even think about my mother and sister, I'm sure they're alright but I didn't see them at the battle yesterday"
