Staring at the ceiling, Ytrisia couldn’t help but let her mind drift back to today’s events—from the moment she saved the people at the headquarters of Channel Poggo from a child who had been manipulated by someone... someone right here, in the very hospital where she now lay.
Though she wouldn’t have been able to uncover clean information on her own, she had reached out for help from Darithi.
But what puzzled her the most was how Darithi hadn’t even asked for time to investigate.
Instead, within mere seconds, she had pointed out the one behind the attack—information that seemed truthful enough, especially with the villains’ sudden arrival affirming Ytrisia’s doubts.
Yet, the real surprise had come when Ytrisia inquired how Darithi had gotten such accurate information so quickly—only to receive a reply that left her stunned.
It was none other than Cruxius who had ordered Darithi to keep an eye on her.
This simply meant that Darithi was watching her every movement. Naturally, knowing that the villain she was fighting was a child, she had prepared the details in advance.
But in all of this, one thing was clear.
A stalker. That’s what Cruxius was.
