Alice got back to the benches and sat down feeling exhausted.
’Mehn, I’m exhausted,’ She thought. ’I think I used my brain a little bit there so I feel drained. I must be really dumb if something so small drains me.’ she sighed and wondered about Clarissa. ’This is a problem.’
If someone could so brazenly come to their school and offer demon blood, claiming it would make them stronger, then it was definitely happening everywhere.
This time, it was Clarissa who had a heart of integrity, luckily. But who would it be the next time? Who would get so tempted that they would take the potion?
’Maybe I should tell Mark about it. If we can report this to the agency, then they might give some sort of orientation about it, so people don’t fall victim.’ she thought, but there was a loophole.
