Chapter 35: A gravity spell
"Hah, I guess I’m done here." Alice said, hanging her hammer on her shoulder. "So, will you come out or do you want me to force you out?" She asked.
But there was no response.
"Really? You want me to force you out? I won’t go easy on you if I do. I’ll make your death very painful and agonizing, so better do yourself a favor and get the fuck out of your hiding place, you demon!"
Then, the torches started lighting up one at a time till they were all lit up and the place had finally brightened up. But Alice did not take her eyes off that very spot she had been staring at.
There was bloodlust and disgusting ominous energy coming from there, and she could tell it was the demon. She could sense it and for some reason, it was very familiar.
Demon energy... It was as if she was so used to it that she could tell it was a demon without even looking at it.
The demon that was hiding, walked out.
It wasn’t such a big bad demon that Alice assumed it to be.
But from the voice, she thought it would be something scarier and maybe as big as the statues, but it was just a scrawny demon wearing a worn-out robe and cloak, covering its appearance. It was more like it had no face, and inside the cloak was nothing but darkness.
*Be careful, Alice.* The voice warned.
"What do you mean? It’s not a big deal, right?"
