Everyone in the intensive care unit needed medicine, but the base had completely run out.

That night, as Gu Pan and Lu Ruisheng lay in bed talking, they heard noises outside. Quietly stepping out, they discovered a thief in their kitchen searching for something.
Lu Ruisheng caught the person and found it was someone from a former dormmate in the Underground City. He didn’t make it difficult for him, simply took back the stolen items, and let the man go.
The man confessed that he had seen they had food before and had noticed they were consistently healthy, so he guessed they had plenty to eat and, being extremely hungry, he came to steal.
In the end, it wasn’t a big deal, so they didn’t alarm their neighbors.
