Chapter 270 Silverpeak moutain (2)
He glanced around, making sure everyone understood and nodded in agreement. "Now, let’s prepare to move. We’ll make our way down slowly and carefully. If we stick to these rules, we’ll be in a good position to set up a safe camp before nightfall."
As the leader finished, Kyra, Damon, and Lucas gathered nearby to discuss their plans.
Kyra turned to Damon and Lucas, her expression focused. "Once we get to the other side, we need to find a secure spot for our camp. I suggest we look for a flat area that’s well-hidden from view."
Damon nodded. "Agreed. We’ll have to be extra careful. The leader’s instructions are crucial. We don’t know what kind of creatures we might encounter."
Lucas, looking a bit excited but determined, added, "I’ll keep an eye out for any signs of edible plants or sources of water once we’re on the other side. It might be useful for our camp."
Kyra smiled reassuringly. "Good idea. We’ll need all the help we can get. Remember, we’re in this together. Let’s stick to the plan and stay safe."
With a final nod to each other, they prepared to descend the snowy side of the mountain.
"It’s safer if we all shift into our beast forms," Kyra suggested. "The ground is too silvery other side, and in human form, we might risk sudden situations. In our beast forms, we can descend slowly and silently. Does that sound alright?"
"That does sound much safer," one of the warriors agreed, nodding. Soon, everyone decided to transform into their beast forms.
