Chapter 251 End the threat
"Yes, I also want to discuss that very matter," Kyra replied, meeting his gaze with calm confidence.
"What do you want to talk about, Female?" Priest Felix asked, his tone curious.
Kyra took a breath and spoke firmly. "I also want to go to Silver Peak Mountain with the warrior group." Her hands rested on her thighs, steady as she looked at them.
Priest Felix’s lips curved upward into a knowing smile, as if he’d expected this.
The healer, however, fell silent, his expression becoming serious. "It’s very dangerous there, Child," he finally said. "The climate is harsh—constant rain, storms, and rough terrain. We’ve made preparations for everyone’s safety, but people will be too busy with their own tasks. No one will be able to take care of you out there."
"I’m not going there for fun, but with a purpose," Kyra said firmly, her eyes locking onto the healer’s. "Damon told me how dangerous that place is, and I want to go because of my healing ability. I’ve learned to control it now." She smiled softly. "I believe I won’t be a burden. If any beastmen get injured, I’ll be able to help."
The healer’s eyes flickered with thought before he nodded. "If that’s the case, then I won’t stop you..."
Damon and Lucas exchanged tense glances, but before they could protest, Lucas spoke up. "I also want to go," he said, his gaze on the healer.
"Of course, you can go too," the healer said with a wave of his hand, as if it were nothing.
