Chapter 93 Rainbow and her Storm
Kyra stood by the door, looking at the mess in the room. She felt a headache coming on as she saw the broken bed. But then, her expression softened.
Vincent was helping Lucas, wrapping bandages around his wounds carefully.
It was like two cats that usually fight suddenly becoming friends. It was a nice surprise to see them getting along after all the arguing.
If Lucas and Vincent heard Kyra, they would probably protest, saying they were die Hard-enemies, not friends. But Kyra could see the bond forming between them.
Ayoo handed Kyra another set of clothes along with a bowl of medicine and bandages. With these in hand, Kyra walked over to where Lucas and Vincent were.
"Your wound has reopened." Kyra said, concern evident in her voice.
"Thanks for your hard work, Vincent," Kyra said, looking at him. "But we need to remove the bandage again to apply the medicinal paste... I’m sorry."
"It’s okay." Vincent replied, waving his hand dismissively as he stood up with an expressionless face, he walked closer to the window, gazing out of the window.
Lucas sat quietly, legs crossed, avoiding Kyra’s gaze. He felt a deep sense of shame for what his tribe member had done to her.
