Living in the wilderness was quite dull.

It’s more fun together than alone.
Many drug users had their circles and often held high parties. The problem, however, was that doing this in a residential area, unless in a very independent mansion, could easily lead to neighbors reporting them. Hence, it was common to drive to a cabin built in an uninhabited area and have fun.
So, if you come across a cabin in the wilderness filled with lots of syringes and such, don’t mess with it, or you might accidentally prick yourself and involuntarily take drugs.
The rather embarrassed officers brought Brian and his team to a very crude room.
