Chapter 172: My time with this body is almost up...
Selene POV
Kragen walked up to me and took both of my hands, our gazes met and held. The body of the woman he was in had blue eyes... not the bluest eyes I’ve ever seen but with him inside of her... it felt creepy.
"Listen to me, Selene..." he sighed squatting in front of me "You cannot bail out of me, now...that day I gave you the option to choose and believe me if you had chosen to have your babies who had barely formed as pups go, we would not be here having this conversation. You’ll find a perfect man, have tons of babies with him and everything will be alright. You choose this path, Selene and that’s because of that maternal instinct to protect your pup,".

"Stop...stop..." I cried "Fine... I’ll do what you want but I cannot compete with Brooke now that she’s pregnant. Noah has wanted a baby for the longest time and would not pay attention to me now that she is with his child. It’ll not be easy to get him to do what I want again. So, I don’t know,".
"I did have a conception dream," Kragen placed a hand on his jaw as his eyes dimmed in thought "It’s just that I couldn’t see who the woman was. Anyways, you have to confirm if she’s truly pregnant. "Yes," he nodded "And one of those ways is not to get Brooke fired. Noah still has a thing for Brooke in his heart... a weakness because she was his first and was a good first. So, he doesn’t love her nearly as much as he does you but he could if you keep putting the spotlight on her. You need to learn to control your emotions better, Selene.
