Selene POV
After Noah left the room, I crumbled to the ground and began to sob.
It was happening again. I was losing control of my life just like I had before, and it bothered me so much.
A knock sounded on the door and hurriedly, I cleaned the worst of my dears, hoping it was not the girls. I couldn’t stand for them to watch me like this. I rose to my feet and smoothened my rumpled gown.
"Come in," I shouted.
The door opened and Lucius peeked his head inside the room. Our gazes met and held.
"Lucius," he was the last person I was expecting.
"Hurry, we don’t have time," he said, throwing the door open while peering at the corridor. "We have to be fast before anyone notices,".
"Okay," I hurried towards him and together, we navigated the dark corridors of the pack house until we burst out at the back of the house.
