Andrew agreed with her. Their tastes are not too far apart. He also likes open space and doesn’t like rooms with lots of partitions.
"You chose this chandelier ornament? This completed the room mid-century style with a modern touch."
"Initially, I wanted to use Scandinavian style, but my interior designer said, why not try a mid-century style with a modern touch? After they showed me the design, I immediately agreed. That’s why my house was finished a bit longer than Hiro’s house downstairs." She said while looking at Andrew, who now stood still staring at a painting hanging near the dining room.
"My dear, I didn’t know you liked painting?" Andrew was surprised to see a few abstract paintings hanging in the living room and dining space.
Mel shook her head. "For the paintings, I didn’t understand at all, but the interior design suggested. So, I just follow their arrangement." Mel looked at Andrew, and asked him, "Andrew, is this painting good?"
She didn’t understand painting, but seeing the placement of painting in this room made her living and dining room more lively.
Andrew nodded, "Although this painting is not from a famous artist, it is quite good and fits in this room."
Mel was relieved because she didn’t make the wrong decision.
"Andrew, let’s go on a house tour...." After they saw the open space; living room, dining room, and modern kitchen. They came out to an extensive outdoor garden. This outdoor garden was made almost around the penthouse.
