Chapter 145: Mom and Dad
She glanced at Andrew to ask him for help, but the man was busy looking at his cellphone. He seemed to be deliberately avoiding her eyes. She curses Andrew in her heart.
"G-Grandpa, this..."
"Take it, my dear Mel, this is our tradition...." Lilly said.
Mel took the envelope. It didn’t stop there, it turned out that Arnold and Lily did the same thing, they also gave an envelope to Mel. Mel could only accept their gifts with a warm heart. She was amazed to receive such friendly treatment from Andrew’s grandfather and parents.

Grandpa turned his gaze to Andrew before saying, "You accept that Brat we’re already grateful for. They all burst out laughing when they heard Grandpa Will’s words, except for Andrew. At this point, his face hardened.
"Grandpa, because my heart is only for my love, Mel. So I was never interested in others, not because I don’t sell well out there, alright!" He shook his head lightly in disbelief that his grandfather dropped his pride in front of his beloved girl.
Mel’s face feels warm when she hears Andrew’s sweet words. She blushes while smiling shyly.
