Chapter 125: Allynna is All Set
Leovaris had predicted his best friend would be as shocked as now. They have lost the girl for 17 years, and no good news they ever hear about her. But now, the girl suddenly appeared right before his eyes. It shocked him to death.
"My friend Flint, I hope you can understand why we can’t tell you before because right now, the little girl’s life is still in danger. Her kidnaper is still roaming around out there...It would be dangerous for her life if many knew about her whereabouts...." Leovaris tries to tell Flint Moon their reason for keeping Allynna’s whereabouts a secret.
Flint Moon, still silent in his seat, heard all of his friends’ explanations. He agreed with what his best friend and Prince Eleon were doing, protecting the girl. But, at least they must have told him. He feels angry because his best friend is considered him, unable to keep this secret. This fact made him so upset, and he felt betrayed.
"Grandpa Moon, apologize to you. I wanted to tell you, but I haven’t had time to visit you on Moon Island. As soon as I saw you coming here, I immediately wanted to tell you...." Leon said calmly.
Leovaris, sitting between them, was instantly speechless at his grandson’s words. He glanced at Leon with his sharp gaze.
His grandson is really cunning. He already asked him to tell Old Moon a few times, but his grandson said he would inform Old Moon later. Likely at the same time as Allynna’s parents.
Leovaris could only shake his head slightly while sipping his tea gracefully.
"Anyone else know about her?" Flint Moon asks.
"Besides the three of us, Xavier and my parents know. But my parents have not yet met her...." Leon said.
