Chapter 43: Scared
Her eyes looked ahead towards the vast blue lake in front of her. Not far from where she stood, there was a small white boat parked on the dock.
"Brother Leon... this lake is vast, and the water is clean... Can I swim here?" Allynna looked at him. He was standing not too far from her with eyes looking at the forest.
"No, you can’t." He said.
"Why? This lake is safe, I guess..." She was curious. Because at a glance, this lake is so well-maintained, the water is clear, and the color is so pretty, blue. And it seems that no wild creatures are living in this lake.
"If you want to swim, there is a swimming pool on the other side of this castle. But... don’t go alone. Let your servant accompany you." He said, then sat on one of the benches near the lake. He will not allow her to swim in this open space. Afraid, the servant or any outsider in the forest looked at her.
Although that is not possible because this area belongs to him. No one can enter this area. He already put some tracker. If a human enters his land, then the guard at this castle will get a notification. But still, he wouldn’t let this girl swim in the lake without him around.
